The spread once this broke over .01 was crazy. Trades like a float less than 100m. It is in no ones interest to dilute. That is why the float is tiny. It is not a bloated stock by any means. Billy owns a tons Dan ChanBond does as well leaving on 100m out of 1.1 b. Why would dilution occur? The payout for all parties is dependent on UOIP stock price which (I am now convinced) will be a couple dollars
