Two things concern me about this stock- Dilution to pay bills and taking the company private. Right on about the A/S, they have a ton of room there and we wont know anything because they dont report. We have one shareholder that controls 90% of the shares. I believe he could take the company private at a price he decides, and shareholders will have to accept it. These two are what keep me up at night with this stock.
