Perhaps I was not clear. It's not about Billy's majority ownership. It's about UOIP paying the bills. That's why when you have an unfriendly shareholder management which UOIP fits that description on imo, you need to be aware that the AS is 6 bil, and management could easily swap Billy Carter's Common shares for Preferred Shares, and then dilute the common shareholders. OS is currently 1 bil and could potentially reach 6 bil before this patent infringement case has reached it's conclusion.
