That May 22 PFS loan clause was meaningless, especially when you consider LP had this financing lined up, which is the most effective way to discredit much of the negativity. It is so extensive it reframes all perspectives in positive ways. It won't rid the world of scum but for those that did believe in failure this has shaken their resolve to discredit with their questionable opinions.
