Les stated the May 22nd PFS clause in the financing agreements was placed in by the other party(s) to protect themselves if unblinding was reached. It was not insisted upon by NWBO. They do not have PFS results at this time and the company is still blinded. They are still waiting for 233 OS events, and they assume/surmise there are "well over" 100 patients alive. I assume he is telling this to everyone who calls.
