Angel,

When you talk with the attorney involved you may want to ask him when they are bringing on a US IR firm. I have not had any luck getting responses from the company lately and my guess is they have been too busy. I am also guessing that Barrons would not invest here unless the following was going to happen:

1) Major exchange listing - No way they will be able to eventually sell shares and exercise warrants if this is on the OTCBB.

2) Investor Relations firm - They are going to need to be very proactive getting this new story out there and attracting Institutional Investors. I have seen Barrons do something very similar in the past and they arranged a lot of private transactions on big blocks.

Back on the CELL comparison. CELL is roughly a $2B revenue company that is doing about $8M in profit per quarter. Their market cap is $840M. They have 50M shares outstanding and $82M in cash. They also have 7 analysts and institutions own a large percentage of shares. Today we are no CELL but if all the warrants were exercised and after the 8-1 reverse split we might not be that far off. Right now the market cap difference is 8-1. In a year might that not be a lot less? Of course a lot of our shares are going to be tightly held for a while so if we could get the volume after the RS who knows what could really happen?
