Certain factors of consideration are if 1/8 RS occurs before end of year
this factors into a differant equation on the + Net EPS .....
EPS = +Net / OS ... undiluted on current 10Q
After 1/8 RS = approx 55m O/S ... diluted

Some questions of the factors that I have an appointment on Tues to talk with the attorney involved ...
is the Barron's .08 eps end of year factored up to .64 after the 1/8 RS ...

Certain other points of issue to take into calculated consideration are the 70% of "PROFITS" of N2J are paid to N2J directors compared to the formular that goes from "REVENUE" .. "PROFITS" to "Net EPS" ...
The differance in terms used calculates to differant figures ....
