I've read several papers that show that in Alzheimer's patients Amplitude is smaller and Latency is longer and that it is a clinically useful test.

From my reading of the data the jump in amplitude is encouraging exactly as indicated in the slides. (Particularly if it follows the same dose response curve)

On what do you base the conclusion that lower/higher amplitude is an insignificant metric?
