has there ever been another AD trial (besides 273) that had a positive response P300?
Yes...there have been a few but the correlation to improvement was with the P300 latency and NEVER the amplitude. If you look at the reference AVXL uses for the "healthy control" data you'll see one example of this. Furthermore, they specifically state in that reference that improvement was not correlated to amplitude.
