I trade pennies (and other stocks) at Schwab. Commissions are very low, and there is no "per share charge" added (which can be a killer when trading large volumes of shares in low priced stocks). When I sell there are nominal exchange fees added, but we are talking a few cents on orders for a couple hundred thousand shares or a couple thousand dollars. Schwab customer service is also top notch.

I have never had a position "frozen" (and would get another broker the first time it ever happened).

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
