We could hold the individuals themselves responsible for their own statements perhaps. Rosen didn't sue the OTC for statements made by Cellceutix they sued Cellceutix. What if we let company officers make whatever statements they wanted by concealing their identities from prosecution? I would bet we could cure cancer tomorrow.
I'm glad to see Rosen is likely to be on the hook for Cellceutix's legal fees at least. I think it should be more myself.
