They would need to be identified, obviously. Both of the venues we know about won't do that. When they provide you and I that same protection I doubt that we will complain that it's a bad idea.
I know that's a little obtuse....besides, we would never do anything that triggered the need to be protected, right?
For SA, for example, to make the decision to ID a member they would have to be willing to do so any time they received such a subpoena. All or none are the only choices. The choice has been none. I think it's the right one.
I'm hoping you can fix this but you need to pick up the pace a little :o)
