I don't believe dilution in small cap bios with zero revenue works that way. I hope it does...but, I assume the market will discount the SP. And when it creeps up...more dilution will take place because $50,000,000 isn't enough.

We will be starting phase2/3 with only partial funding. As I have stated before. The good dr. meant he had enough cash for the next two years to run current operations. That statement had nothing to do with trials.
