Yeah like the stock goes to 10.50 on news and they sell 5 million shares at 10.00 a share,then the stock would work it`s way up to 20.00 a share. As long as there`s no real discount to market,the street will react positively to the fact that the company would be well funded,and to the fact that the shares would sell at a tiny discount to the prior days close. Maybe the company knows the data due at the end of March will definitely catapult the stock much higher,and they`ll dilute even a smaller amount of shares at a higher dollar amount than 10.00 a share,like 15.00 a share.
