why would there be? They are using the patents. Doesn't mean SFOR need to be listed they are behind the scenes. When I was liscensing my patent co.s didn't list me in their press releases or deals. They just used it and paid the royalties.

This is no big deal. Other than it was speculated that DUO settled and that is why they are listing the deals. However we won't know anything until SFOR releases it's Q reports.
