All of this shell hijacking stuff is starting to come together a little bit

You can almost make a time line of events

Back in 2003, Rhonda Keaveney and David Keaveney became involved with Robert Stevens in Ten Stix Inc (TNTI)

https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001075993

Paul Enright and Robert Stevens knew each other at least as early as 2004 because Paul's brother, Daniel Enright, and Paul's wife, Monica Enright, show up as share holders starting in 2004 in an entity controlled by Robert Stevens called Forever Valuable Collectibles Inc

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1424549/000107997408000594/filename3.htm

The next year in 2005, Paul Enright hijacks dozens of abandoned public shells in Colorado (most of the hijackings all occurred within a one week span). Most of the tickers never ended up being used for anything but a couple that had a clear Robert Stevens presence did go on to become something noteworthy.

1) Heritage Mines Ltd went on to become Revenge Designs Inc (RVGD) getting used for a Fort Wayne Mafia pump&dump then after going back into control of Robert Stevens it got passed to the Gregg Mulholland/Phil Kueber group who didn't get a chance to do much with it before their arrests. Now it trades as Cartel Blue Inc (CRTL).

2) RNET Health Inc became Bryn Resources Inc (BRYN). BRYN was a heavily promoted ticker that later became named in the latest Indictment against Harold "BJ" Gallison

After Paul Enright and Robert Stevens broke up, Stevens went on do a lot more hijackings solo, always using debt owed to transfer agents like X-Clearing Corp (which he owned) and First American Stock Transfer (with which he had a strong affiliation through his other TA companyX-Pedited Transfer) to justify the custodianship request. Some of the hijackings were done through his own name, some through X-Clearing Corp, some through White Tiger Partners LLC, and some through Somerset Capital Ltd. Some Robert Stevens master pieces included:

1) VLNX which was named in the indictment against Gregg Mulholland
2) DGLV which was turned into WGEE then eventually passed to Nils Ollquist then suspended by the SEC earlier this year
3) ECOF (now IDAD), AXGI (now WCRI) both of which also got passed to the Mulholland/Kueber group
4) SEWC (now WDLF) which Stevens used to issue a bunch of free trading shares to himself
5) BVNI which caused a noteworthy clash between Robert Stevens and fellow shell hijacker Sergio La Grasta (Ketcher Industries LLC)

Of special note, X-Clearing Corp started out as Global Stock Transfer. Early on, Gordon Brent Pierce was 25% owner of the business through his entity, Newport Capital Corp.

It was no wonder that most of Global Stock/X-Clearing's earliest clients were a big group of Brent Pierce tickers

It all sort of makes the Scott Gelbard/Brent Pierce connection just that much more interesting

Rhonda Keaveney and David Keaveney went on to start working for Minnymar Group helping that outfit hijack a bunch of shells from 2008 - 2013 using their entity Shareholder Advocates LLC. The attorney used for the hijackings was Peter L Chasey.

In 2014 when Minnymar Group starting putting all of their remaining shells up for sales, presumably Rhonda and David Keaveney broke off on their own and continued hijacking shells through Small Cap Compliance LLC still using Peter L Chasey as their main attorney for the custodianship petitions.

Around the same time in 2014, Sergio La Grasta shows up hijacking shells using his entity, Ketcher Industries LLC and also using attorney Peter L Chasey.

Sergio La Grasta didn't last long, only managing to file less than a dozen custodianship petitions, because La Grasta ran into a pile of problems.

1) With his EGYF shell, he allegedly sold the shell taking money from the client but never actually delivered control as promised according to testimony given by W. Scott Lawler (a dispute the would come back to haunt him later)
https://promotionstocksecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/Declaration_of_W__Scott_Lawler__Esq__Decl.pdf
2) La Grasta tried to hijack a shell that Robert Stevens already had his paws all over, BVNI, leading to Stevens filing a Motion to set aside the Custodianship petition (setting the table for future motions to intervene in other custodianship petitions)
https://promotionstocksecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/BVNIStevensmotiontointervene.pdf
https://promotionstocksecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/BVNIStevensAffidavit.pdf
In the end the court sided with Robert Stevens and Stevens was allowed to be the custodian of the BVNI shell
3) La Grasta tried to hijack the San West shell (now SWRM), but the previous owners stepped in hiring attorney Shawn R Perez to file a motion to set aside the Custodianship Petition
https://promotionstocksecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/SWRMmotiontosetasidecustodianship.pdf
The other intervention proceeding done by Robert Stevens for BVNI was cited and the court sided with the previous owners. La Grasta never tried to hijack any more shells after that. Presumably the work done by attorney Shawn R Perez led to Sergio La Grasta being black listed by the Nevada Court System opening the door for Adam S Tracy.

Adam S Tracy started getting a taste of the hijacking game pretty early. In his custodianship petitions, Adam S Tracy claims to have assisted in custodianship proceedings for 3 tickers hijacked by Shareholder Advocates LLC (Rhonda and David Keaveney) back in 2010 and 2011.

Adam S Tracy also claims to have assisted in 4 custodianship petitions done in early 2015 (3 by Ketcher Enterprises LLC and 1 by Shareholder Advocates LLC).

When the door got shut on Sergio La Grasta in 2015, Adam S Tracy moved to the front of the line. Starting in November 2015, Adam S Tracy began hijacking his own abandoned shells using his entity Barton Hollow LLC and attorney Peter L Chasey. Since November 2015, Tracy has hijacked dozens of abandoned shells.

And now we have Adam S Tracy running into all sorts of legal issues much like what happened to Sergio La Grasta (Ketcher Industries LLC)

1) The GOFF owners claims that he was lied to and sold a worthless shell
https://promotionstocksecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/GOFFTracyDaviesComplaint.pdf
2) The CIVS people claim that Tracy never delivered the shell as promised despite them making all the payments asked for
https://promotionstocksecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/GFOffshorevsTracyCIVSshell.pdf
3) And with TRON we have the first buyer of the shell now using attorney Shawn R Perez to file a motion to set aside the custodianship petition.

The same Shawn R Perez that took down Sergio La Grasta, Tracy's predecessor.

The progression of Peter L Chasey's work from Keaveney/MinnyMar to La Grasta to Tracey is interesting. It makes it easy to see how they all tie together.

Last year, I remember making a post about how Adam S Tracy and Rhonda Keaveney and Robert Stevens were all part of the same circle of friends.

It's interesting to see how these shell hijackers all tie together.
