It's been an interesting day, hasn't it?

I had a talk with Bosticco's attorney late this afternoon. For anyone who may find the Clark County court's docket for the case ambiguous, it has NOT been dismissed. The next hearing is on 28 March. The reason for the delay is that the attorney has a two-month trial starting next week.

it seems dissatisfaction with Tracy is gathering momentum. I don't think the three actions we now know of will be the end, by any means.

Tracy seems to be trying to "fix" past mistakes. Not long ago, he filed notice of a shareholder meeting for HYRR. Nevada custodians are required by law to hold shareholder meeting, but this is the first notice I've seen.
