With TRON, the documents that you have supplied actually go a long way when explaining what transpired on 12/6/16 hearing and thereafter, by court injunction. Tracy was perceivably able to make the change on 12/15/16 with NVSOS to legally remove Bosticco and replaced him with Morentin. (This is reflected in the NVSOS annual list and now recently issued business cert). More actions followed in January.
Respectfully, I will familiarize mylsef with scribd.com and I thank you again for that suggestion. It's not easy for this old dog to learn new tricks. But- since my time is somewhat short - I just preferred to get the Custodianship case number to you at your request.
NOTE: IT WAS and IS the correct case number. The "-P" is an action classification by petition. Thank you for adeptly pointing that out though for those trying to find the WHOLE PETITION and injunction /order by Judge to vacate see - 1/31/17.
PLEASE READ THE MINUTES on 12/6/16 as they spell out exactly what the Judge determined and this explains why ON 1/10/17- the Judge previewed the shareholder meeting report/ the annual filing and the NVSOS change in directors and as such- IMO - this is evidence that all was in good order and as such on 1/10/17- the judge would have ruled for ADAM TRACY to be put back as custodian and the SHARES given to Bosticco that were in question - RETURNED to Pacific Stock transfer.
This WOULD BE THE BEST CASE For shareholders of TRON and what I do believe when I saw the words "VACATED per judge" on the 1/31/17 mandatory status check.

MORE DD -- My understanding is that Hayes and Bosticco are not on any good terms at all. Now note this custodial action was between Tracy and Bosticco
Again - I like the PATENTED technology involved here and it certainly appears that $TRON is securing said technology.
ALSO:: I'm aware that the NVSOS was filed on 12/15 to change directors and remove Bosticco, I think that's in the docket too from 12/6. Please see what you attached. They were allowed to HOLD shareholder meeting based off the 12/6/16 court date minutes. They then. By PROOF on NVSOS, conducted the shareholder meeting to make the change in directors by that legal court injunction. They also filed these documents and OTHERS with Nevada which might serve more useful here.

Aside from thet aforementioned 1/31/17 -vacated by judge issuance and the 1/10/17 meeting where Tracy must proved they had the shareholder annual meetings done and annual filing done, I also noticed that TRON issued a new Business CERT for Nevada. Interestingly, this was done in January of 2017! THUS, it is my STRONG opinion that, this case was determined in favor of TRON under Tracy custodian, and all further action to show cause has been vacated by the Judge. And, That the proper documents were all presented to the judge on 1/10/17 and thus by virtue of how the share exchange occurred, Bosticco would have been ordered to Return those 400mil shares back (issued to his Utah Corp) to Tracy /and thus back to Pacific stock.
Once the TA confirms they have the shares accounted for, the final action in the case is resolved and I presume - Tracy is then officially REMOVED from TRON forever
Please note, my DD is actually on Imedscan. I could care less about Tracy or Bosticco -I hope they are both gone! Truly gone.
As per my DD - I am aware that both ACUENT and Change healthcare REALLY use the proprietary technology owned by Imedscan. From my understanding,- it's actually generating monthly revenues and the profits ray technology now has a few more industries now where it is going to be needed for sure.
I have read ALL your DD on Hayes, Tracy, etc. I feel much more insulated here, with this fact pattern and circumstantial evidence within the court case. if they actually do separate out Imedscan - my DD will prove to be correct as it's truly what holds value.
IMO- Rene Morenitin is a far better choice than any to take over this revenue producing shell. And far better indication that the shell has cleaned it act.
Let's see where this goes. I am going to wait and see how this plays out. If I have read the full documents and minutes correctly, then this judge did indeed green light $TRON- and we should see some pending material actions soon to validate my claims.
