Yes, there was something scheduled for the 31st that was cancelled. Or vacated. But that doesn't tell us why. Dockets--and minutes--from the Clark County District Court often leave a lot to be desired.

As I said, Scribd is VERY easy to use. As simple as uploading an image here. I think it's important you do it, because evidently the document you have clarifies some of the perplexities presented by the docket and the minute.

Tracy was perceivably able to make the change on 12/15/16 with NVSOS to legally remove Bosticco and replaced him with Morentin.

He was able to do that because he was still custodian. Bosticco wanted to change that, but nothing was resolved at the hearing on 6 December.

No, it was not. The document you cited adds an extra "2". And if you try to look up ANY case at the Clark County court site, you won't get it unless you include the "-P". You won't get anything at all unless your search term is complete and entirely correct. For example, if you search for "Barton Hollow, LLC" as a party, you'll get only one case. For all the dozens of others, you need to use "Barton Hollow LLC". And if you use only "Barton Hollow", you'll get nothing. it's an extremely annoying site in many ways.

Huh? I posted that minute, which also--rather confusingly--contains later minutes:

the judge would have ruled for ADAM TRACY to be put back as custodian and the SHARES given to Bosticco that were in question - RETURNED to Pacific Stock transfer.
This WOULD BE THE BEST CASE For shareholders of TRON and what I do believe when I saw the words "VACATED per judge" on the 1/31/17 mandatory status check.

Where do you see ANY of that??
