Thank you. Now why not put the document you have on Scribd? It's very easy to use. Only takes a couple of minutes to upload stuff.

https://www.scribd.com

In that document, the case number is incorrect; there's a typo. The correct number is A-15-729332-P. It's the custodianship action from the Clark County District Court. Here's the docket:

And here's a minute that sort of explains what happened:

Although Tracy had been granted custodianship on 26 January 2016, Bosticco evidently moved to set it aside on or before 21 November 2016. There was a hearing on 6 December. It appears that the night before, Tracy had filed an opposition to Bosticco's motion to set aside the order appointing Tracy as custodian, or to discharge him. At it, Jay Shafer, Tracy's attorney, noted that no shareholder meeting had been held, and that Barton Hollow's final status report had not been filed. That's a bit puzzling, because it would have been Tracy's job as custodian to do both; it's hard to see how bringing it up would be a defense of Tracy.

Shawn Perez, Bosticco's attorney, "noted the history of the case, and the receipt of the opposition at 10:30 PM, arguing this is disingenuous".

The judge discussed all that with counsel for both parties and ordered that Barton Hollow hold a shareholder meeting. Something else happened on 10 January, but the minute doesn't make clear what. A further hearing was scheduled for 28 March. According to the docket, there was also supposed to be a status check on 31 March, but that was cancelled. It isn't clear from either document whether the case is over.

The whole thing is odd. Bosticco was first associated with TRON here on the board last July. At that time he was also involved with HMNU; I don't know what the status of that is now. Clearly Bosticco was involved with H Wayne Hayes; he used Hayes's Florida address. Bosticco may live in Italy.

It seems that Bosticco filed his motion to set aside Tracy's custodianship because he didn't yet have full control of the TRON shell. Perhaps he felt Tracy was dragging his feet.

The "new CEO" Morentin was first referenced on this board on 19 December. So Tracy must have removed Bosticco's name from the OTCMarkets profile between the 6th and the 19th.

What's odd--well, one of the many things that's odd--about all this is that iMedScan and Paitenttrak, Hayes's companies, seem still to be part of the plan going forward. Or are they? Do we have any idea? Of course, in the OTCMarkets profile, TRON is still said to be in the healthcare business.

Please post the document you have on Scribd. Since the docket doesn't reference any filing for 10 January, I don't see how it'd be possible to order it from the Nevada court.
