Pursuant to your request, please find case number:$TRON
It is my opinion, that the end result of this case was determined in Jan of this year 2017. , I want to say Jan 10th maybe.
Plenty of stuff to go into there, and one needs to follow this case number into all related and much more recent documents obviously....but here is the gist:
Bosticco tried to gain custodianship and did a few suspect things that didn't fly with Nevada - the courts ruled after several months that Bosticco didn't pay for the shell and tried to run off with 400mil shares and had some barred attorney do the work named Dalmy.
As per the courts : it appears :
1- Tracy was awarded back the shell which explains his ale listed as director.
But he's only custodian. He will be gone - as per protocol though based on the custodianship preceding - he should be recorded with Rene on the new NvSOS annual list and as you can see -- on or around 12/15 - all of those filings were submitted to reflect these changes.
2- I think the courts awaited determination and found it was not the right court to hear any of Bosticco claims and courts gave TRON time to do annual registrations so it was determined in favor of TRON / Tracy and then thus to Rene (named new president). Adam Tracy name should come off once the shares hijacked are finished being recorded at the transfer agent.
It is my hope that we will be finding out the finer details. Clearly it appears that TRON has been given the green light and WITHOUT some of these names mentioned. This is NEW MANAGEMENT and a clear vision and direction now for the future to deliver shareholder returns.
I know that should suffice as I'm well aware you are able to research from there the end results.
IMO, it would then become obvious why Incould care less about the past here as this future is completely different. I'm going to stick around and wait to see if we indeed do get greenlifgted here and see movement by way of CURRENT status and updated merger news .
