I am not sure if the judge will recognize DFMI or Dimension or both as the licensee but that seems more likely to be in the clarification section of the hearing and not particularly that important. What is important is that TMM was clearly declared to NOT be the licensee yet they continue to say they are on their website in what I would see as a direct challenge to the judge's decision.

As for damages, I guess you are changing your definition of the word. Costs, fees and damages are all different things and there are separate motions on the 30th for costs and fees, not damages.
