I don't know what you mean. But rather than arguing about the wording of my prediction why not wait to see how the future unfolds? My prediction is though that Dimension won't succeed in getting an order that compensates them for all their legal expenses including the full amount money they paid to their lawyers because those would only be recoverable as damages for abuse of process. A claim that is withdrawn.

In summary--- one, there will be clarification that DFMI is the licensee. Two, there will be an award of costs in some amount between 25k and 125k.

As far as the website goes, I think you can probably guess that I think it should be updated.

Where does it continue to say what TMMI is being accused of doing????.
It states this
Who owns VDK1.0, VDK1.4, VDK 2.0 and TRUDEF™?
TMMI has an exclusive license from Iterated Systems for the VDK line and owns TRUDEF™ outright.

This is true, and everyone knows this to be true,
even Larry Panik!!.
VK 1.0-1.4 was undisputed in the now closed case!!.

It does however say this, which keeps being forgotten to be mentioned....
Most likely the reason why Larry Panik never disputed it,
in the now closed case....

TMM, Inc. announces it has made significant strides in updating the TRUDEF codec.
The programming work has focused on updating and enhancing the Company's proprietary VDK 1.0 to 1.4 codec that Iterated Systems Inc.
transferred to the Company in 1993.
The Company enlarges the development team to speed up the progress towards a commercial product.

Also I might add that VDK 1-9 is really the VDK 2.0....

And if someone is in direct challenge to the courts decision
it would be DIM who is still boasting about patent 053'
on their website....
A patent they lost 80% of!!.
