The IDCC BOD has had card blanche when it comes to stock compensation, and the successes have been little and for between for what the top 2% have received in wealth. The upside potential of IDCC is beyond great but that is exactly what it is potential. If IDCC reaches the goals stated in the presentation by Merritt that would be like hitting the jackpot and maybe even worth the exuberant 3 for 1 exchange, but until investors have the breakdown on what is expected there will be skepticism because the meal line for management has been never ending for the BOD and Execs. This story has always lingered around and festered since I have been invested in IDCC and it almost boil over several years back at an ASM. MHO it will arise again whether Corp Buyer is leading the charge are not and management will have to deal with it head on unless something drastically changes in the licensing execution or compensation.
