IDCC stated when Nok's 3G license was terminated that Nok was deemed to be infringing IDCC'a 3G patents with the very strong implication and reasonable expectation that the threat of an infringement legal action was henceforth hanging over Nok.

Now, if IDCC had also given Nok relief from infringement litigation, so that the threat was completely removed for a period of time, then that seems like a very material point that is very different than the strong implication, and reasonable expectations created, about which investors should be fully informed.
