When Tom Simpson did these things you describe he was also still at Tmmi. Or do you disagree with that?

Should not the actions of directors be imputed to the company? Didn't Dimension perhaps screw up ever so slightly by waiting a dozen or more years before getting really concerned that there was code out there they thought only they should possess?

Have they not been declared the holder of a license to PVI/SGI rights off codec which has been in the hand of others for 16 years?
