This company is facing many extremely complex situations and hostile players, all of which have an impact on shareholder value. They are moving parts that must be prioritized according to the fiduciary responsibility of those making the decisions.

"The business judgment rule is a presumption that in making a business decision, the directors of a corporation acted on an informed basis, in good faith and in the honest belief that the action taken was in the best interests of the company."

Since Linda is also a very large shareholder, and has been working for many years to bring this technology to fruition, has weathered economic cycles, gaps in funding, stock manipulation, and treachery of a shear force that is unimaginable, funded the best researchers and attracted some of the finest scientists to support her efforts, has taken innovative and diverse regulatory approaches, and most important of all, does not buckle under pressure to make statements when it is in her best judgement to remain silent, she has my confidence.

It is not a cult. Support for the company and what it is trying to accomplish is not misplaced or in any way sinister. It is based on hard science that has been recognized by leaders in the field, has demonstrated success in patients, and encouraged by health authorities in multiple countries.

The repeated and sustained bear raid attacks that we have seen as recently as a few weeks ago when the combo trial was announced, and which prevented a bump in share price is not being policed or regulated such that some of the problems you keep complaining about can easily be resolved. That will not change with different leadership, despite delusional allusions to that end.

If you think it is a sweetheart deal to have to accept payment for hard costs with a highly risky stock, see it then plunge in value, only to have it ultimately swiped away from you because of arbitrary interpretations of rules.....I don't really know what to say to that one. Remember, Fudstein had just written about his 10th highly false article in so many months, and the stock price was suffering from his attacks.

So keep your facts straight, don't fall for the propaganda and don't create more of it.

Otherwise your list of grievances come across a transparent attempt to drum up opposition at the annual meeting. Just like last year.
