Jack, your points are well taken and appreciated. They are valid concerns at the moment but the point I want to make is that these are not normal circumstances for the company. Whether you believe it or not with regards to conspiracy theories, it is undeniably under attack. Whether the company should do the things you alluded to, we will know in hindsight once the P3 results are out, lawsuits settled, investigation report revealed and nasdaq compliant. Anything they say short of a successful P3 will have little impact. I believe they will behave what is expected of a public company with a successful product and able to raise funds under favourable terms. That was the intention of Woodford to help the company succeed until the Phase 5 and Ondra threw him off track. He just handled it poorly otherwise we wouldn't be in this position where we are.

I take solace that I am able to accumulate much more shares than I otherwise could and if this company is successful, this roller coaster ride will be worth the while. I'm looking at the glass as half full.
