Doc logic, Ondra, really?

. K Wolf, an Ondra associate was on the BOD on an Israeli company that does not compete with NWBO.

. The Israeli company had previously hired R Smith, ex Cognate president.

.R Smith sued Linda for backpay, the case has been resolved and Linda paid up.

The case had nothing to do with NWBO, was already resolved, and Smith does not even work at that company anymore.
This was a total non issue, and released in conjunction with the investigation PR as a smokescreen.

As far as material information, I keep failing to find any such in the Aug S3.

As a side note, there have been hundreds of posts here talking about Black's investigation. Not only is he not part of it, he is not even on the BOD over site committee.
