"Cowan Gunteksi represented in writing to the Comapny before signing off on fiscal year 2014 financial statements that The firm was fully compliant with all independence regulation inclusive of rotation rule."

Was that one of the Exhibits referenced YET NOT REPRODUCED in the 8-K filing of the Meyler deposition? If so, which one and where can I see it?

Keep in mind that even if such a document exists and says what you say it does, that wouldn't relieve the TAUG Board of its fiduciary duty to shareholders to assess the reliability of that representation under PCAOB and SEC rules. I've said this from the beginning...the TAUG powers-that-be knew full well that Meyler was lead auditor for 5 years. They had an obligation to know that that presented a problem in the sixth year whether they were told otherwise by their auditors or not. Cowan didn't decide to do the audit unilaterally...they were hired.

You can keep repeating your "Seth Shaw is not to blame for this in any way" mantra but that alone will not make it so.

(And you didn't answer my questions.)
