The Trustee abandoned the Naked Short Selling claim to the shareholders. He had aggravated the bankruptcy court judge by his lack of action, and the judge Ordered that he turn that claim over to us. He later abandoned the lawsuit vs the NY Post, etc., to us as well, as part of the NSS claim.

I see no reason why we, the victimized shareholders, should proceed in a civil case, when the SEC should be doing that, along with the initiation of criminal court proceedings by Loretta Lynch's DOJ.
