Theres nothing like ending up in the ER with chest pains , followed by EKG's , Troponin blood tests , failing an echo stress test and ending up on a table in the Cath Lab...with your interventionist Cardiologist leaning over you and saying gently " if we can't fix this we'll be sending you down to surgery "...( my 2015 experience ). And IMHO many in R-IT will have had the above experience
If that don't change your behavior ( diet and exercise ) , then I agree nothing will. It certainly changed mine . I sold the remaining shares in my Co to my partners . Retired and will spend an hour hiking in the redwoods this am , celebrating being alive .
