Joe:The 100:1 was baloney. It was a Rudy Miller play. There was no real intent to uplist at that time. Remember we still needed 2 yrs. of audited financials to even qualify. It would have left us with virtually -0- liquidity. As far as waiting a few Qtrs on the hope, a decent R/S (8 or 10:1) right now will not harm us at all, especially if the companies performance is as good as you think.
