Basically, I agree billpr. However, my perspective on the first R/S proposal is not so harsh. With the share price where it was back when that was proposed, the 100-1 was necessary to get the share price up to where uplisting would become possible or at least foreseeable. Today's share price presents an entirely different opportunity. In fact, a few more quarters of recent level growth, we won't even need a R/S. IMO
