I don't recall it being mentioned that the delayed 2003 filing had anything to do with the divested subs... I don't believe it's related to the delay.

I understand your and other's frustration with me... and I apologize for that... But I was specifically asked by Dr. Wang to hold off publishing the Q&A until after the S.F. meeting so he could consolidate Q&A's and review Harctourt's responses.

As for Harctourt's business plan presentation... It may be best not to reveal too much at this time since it may give the competition a chance to jump in. I have asked Dr. Wang's guidance on this but I haven't heard from him as yet. I am not being muzzled by Dr. Wang... Maybe I am being too sensitive, paranoid, etc... But I've seen too many mishaps in the past... so I don't want anything to jeopardize Hartcourt's chances going forward.

Again, I apologize to the folks that are agitated with me... It certainly isn't my intention.
