Can you say whether or not the delayed filing has anything to do with the divested subs disagreement with DC's share giveaway?

It's just odd that you feel muzzled to speak of what YOU heard. It isn't like anybody can hold your interpretation of the meeting against them. It'd be a great opportunity to come up with additional questions that could be answered tomorrow.

What if there were 10 or 20 folks at the meeting? No one's allowed to share what they heard? Strange........
