Yes, one of the most self serving actions taken by Tommy boy. A big PR proclaiming that the existing preferred shares had been retired and then in the next paragraph, behold, new preferred shares with unspecified rights were created. What a bunch of bullsheet.

One of the reasons that I hope Steipp just goes away soon.
