Preferred shares. They were pulled out of the mix during the transition from Kang to Steipp and there were ZERO preferred shares.

Then, all by his lonesome, Steipp authorized new preferred shares for his purposes.

Nothing to do with the shareholders interests.

Nothing has ever been done for the shareholders interests.
