straightup - 2 of the 5 reasons you listed were because of the AMEX. It was only because of the AMEX that we had

1) Russian fiasco - by them forcing us to release info prior to recieving money
4)15/1 RS - they required this of us to enter the AMEX.

seems your reasons justify that the AMEX is part of the reason we are in this mess.
