Had Mrs. Wallace known of the RICO action, she would not have agreed in August to mark the judgment. But she did. I wonder how she saw the postings and what precise time??? And I'm sure that her son, Neil knew about it. Not sure why spencer has to prove anything. Mrs. Wallace seems to be in a clear contradiction. It is up to the Judge to decide if she can put up with this rubbish from Mrs. Wallace.
