spencer doesn't have to prove anything. He simply has to confirm Mrs. Wallace owns the shares. If he does, she will mark and the case is over. If he refuses, the judgment will not be marked. Thus far, spencer has refused. His refusal suggests he lied to the DE court. Which surprises no one.
