She has obviously told the court she can't satisfy the judgment because of the RICO claim.

But how can that be true if she STILL HASN'T BEEN SERVED????

You should have someone read you the papers submitted. Had Mrs. Wallace known of the RICO action, she would not have agreed
in August to mark the judgment. When she learned of the RICO action later and saw the October postings, she became properly concerned about whether spencer had complied with the court order. If he did, she would have no problem marking the judgment. If he didn't, she would not do so.

Either spencer agrees she owns the shares or he doesn't. Mrs. Wallace agreed to mark the judgment in reliance that there was no dispute by spencer. There is now substantial evidence that spencer lied to the DE court.

Frankly, SHs don't care about this. They care about zero revenue and zero prospects for revenue.
