This is too funny.

If you bought the note you also bought all legal aspects of the note including any amendments to the note. If amendments to the note weren't made known to you, you were defrauded but it wasn't by Schadel. Or you are trying to commit fraud if knowledge of the amendments was made known to you, but you chose to ignore them.

If you didn't get the shares, who did? Somebody did and you were the only one requesting them. The number of shares coincides with the $15k you claim is owed.

And BTW, Ihub is hardly the proper venue on which to maintain transparency. Unless your only agenda is to create lots of drama and entertainment to keep all the nervous and edgy shareholders on the edges of their seats and in a panic. In which case it would be a perfect choice, even beating out twitter.
