So I've read all of the messages since the press release hit and I thought I'd post here to answer some of your questions. First, let me set a few things straight:
The lawsuit is totally legit.
This was initially over $15,000. As of the 6th, damages total $58,336.35. They grow by over $4,000 per day.
I have a past but that has no bearing on the facts in this controversy.
Schadel has accepted that I bought the note. What Schadel still claims is that he doesn't know whether I am entitled to own the note. That's a distinction with a difference.
Nothing I have put forth in the lawsuit or the press release was false in any way. I challenge anyone to find the contrary.
