What if the plan is to eventually outsource ALL the samples ?

imo this would be a cost savings....shut down the lab completely.

This would be exactly as things were before....imo the lab never was utilized to max storage capacity, and most likely never will be without acquiring another bank.

I just can't see them sending new samples to another location based on a verbal agreement....
