Couple more points. I agree with Myth, why move the samples knowing you're going to be holding an auction sort of a few months later? And once they outsourced they excluded growing the samples in-house, no question at a lower variable cost. That move committed us to selling our inventory to someone. I wouldn't have done that until a deal was in place and I don't believe David would either.
