They haven't moved any samples. Only agreed that any new samples would not be held in their lab. Yes i agree that there is a deal, but not officially, that would be in violation of the SEC withholding that info.The agreement to have new samples outsourced was a while ago. Items are still IMO being ironed out, and no final agreement has been made.
