HJOE has been delinquent for quite awhile now.

Do you recall if any of the debt notes required the filings were kept current.

In TRII's case at least one debt note has that requirement. And the infamous TCK "Stairs" scam angle also required up to date filings. So it comes down to how long the debt note holders are willing to wait.
