Tom, I tried to look at Value Line on line for price stability and could not find many stocks in a screen for this parameter.( using 25 at the most ) It also seems that your Etfs do not have very high betas.

Could you help me with the first item and explain the second. Boy, finding good stocks is harder than it looks!!
