Hi Bernieg,
Well since it is in my 401K I believe there is no back end load on it. Besides the dividend it will pay over the next 11+ years will definately be more than the 5.75% back end load. And since I am currently un-employed the dividend is the only way I can buy more shares in the fund anyway. I will just have to see what happens when I get a sell order executed.

Thanks for the info though it seems I am stuck with it for now.
